| This is the first time I had Batya managing the sale of my house. The end result was that the house sold at a ~8% higher price that was asked, in less than a week. This is due to Batya’s cool and collect manner which she used during the offer presentations. Batya’s approach was respectful towards the other agents but firm and did not leave a lot of room of negotiation to the presenting agents. She prepared a very professional presentation of the house on a glossy brochure but she also used the newest cutting edge technology by advertising on line, on u-tube and also have the qr codes which created a lot of interest. The house was on the market only for 6 days and it had 8-10 showings every day. Due to Batya, the experience of selling my house was not stressful and the disturbance to my family was minimum.
